About Our Products

All of our products have unique characteristics.  Please note the following:

  • Color, size, and weight variations within the stated ranges

  • Inclusions, fractures, and natural formation marks

  • Surface textures or imperfections that naturally occur

These are normal and natural features of stones/minerals/crystals and are not considered defects.

Ordering and Payment

Order Acceptance:

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or payment issues.

Payment:

We accept major credit cards through Square payment processing.  Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax:

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipped within states where Gems of the Earth and More is required to collect it, in accordance with local laws.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.  Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping Only:

We currently only ship within the United States via USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery Timeframe:

Delivery times vary depending on USPS Priority Mail service to your location.

Risk of Loss:

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once your order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted if an item is not as described.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • Natural variations (such as color, inclusions, or size differences) are not valid reasons for return

  • Return shipping costs will be credited to the customers original form of payment

Damaged during shipping:

Product Care

Some natural stones are sensitive to water, sunlight, and heat.  Handle all crystals and minerals with care.

Gems of the Earth and More is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or exposure to elements.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.  Personal information collected during checkout is used solely for order processing, fulfillment, and customer support.

Limitation of Liability

Gems of the Earth’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.  We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or claim related to your purchase, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally before pursuing legal action.
